Tadellakt technology

The lime used for this Tadellakt, of which we are going to enunciate it's technology, with an essential importance. Introduction

The mixture

Application

Wet the support copiously the day before the day of pose. - Anchor copiously with the help of big brushes the surface to be treated just before the application of Tadellaket
(1) - Apply with a trowel the coat of coating of lime the thickness of which must lightly be superior to the diameter of the biggest grains contained in lime.
(2) - Talochez the entirety of the surface.
(3) - Wait one instant (according to the surrounding temperature), then slick the surface with the help of the trowel.
(4) - Wait until the catch is made and any marks of tools or stains of water don't appear on the sluck surface then begin your polishing gently with the help of your pebble without that producing squeak. It is one of the most delicate instants of the application of Tadelaket, and it is after numerous experiments supervised by the Tadellaker from this instant mattering that your job will be able to be improved.
( 5) - finish your polishing in the pebble and with a very fine spatula, all angles and along plinths by paying very much attention not to take down Tadellakt of the wall.
(6) - The following day, you must re-polish your surface using your pebble by having looking after to cross a wool dishcloth force-fed with water blended in some soft soap.
(7) - Let rest your wall in Tadellakt several days, see several weeks according to the humidity of air and surrounding temperature before nourishing it in white wax by shining it usong a very soft and very flexible wool paintbrush as they shine the leather of a footwear.

Conclusion

If all itq stages are perfectly accomplished, you should see appearing on your Tadellakt a light microcomputing fissures, which give to your wall surface its genuineness and its cachet. Remain, also, to control your miscellany of pigments or colouring agents to give to your Tadellakt desired colours and waited images. > Lime of Marrakesh (in powder).
> Natural pigments or colouring.
> Soft black soap of Morocco.
> Natural white wax.
> Water.
> Concrete mixer and Tyrolienne.
> Medium trowel with pointed end.
> Wooden boxes on different dimensions.
> Big round brush for anchoring of the support.
> Pebbles sawed in two then polished by dimensions and in different forms according to surfaces to be accomplished.
> Wool dishcloths and woollen very flexible paintbrush of sheep.
> Very fine spatulas for smoothing.
